Bleux Flights – Travel Agency
By booking travel with Bleux Flights, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Reservations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing with a completed registration form and deposit. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking and are not guaranteed until payment is received in full.
2. Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be received by the stated due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be submitted by email. Cancellation policies vary by trip and supplier. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to vendor policies. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.
4. Travel Insurance
Bleux Flights is not responsible for any losses due to missed flights, medical emergencies, weather delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Through us or your own agency.
5. Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, vendor availability, or safety concerns. Every effort will be made to provide a comparable alternative.
6. Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any required travel documents. Bleux Flights is not liable for any denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
7. Responsibility & Liability
Bleux Flights acts only as an agent for the travel suppliers and is not responsible for acts or omissions of these third parties. We assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss during travel.
8. Client Conduct
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Bleux Flights reserves the right to remove any traveler from a trip if their behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe to the group.
9. Use of Images
By participating in our trips, you consent to the use of any photographs or video taken during travel for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
10. Acknowledgment
By booking with Bleux Flights, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions listed above.
